FRANKFURT, Germany u2014 The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS) extends its congratulations to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Foundation for launching its new Sustainability Disclosure Standards.

The standards were officially unveiled the morning of 26 June at a landmark event at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. EFFAS representatives Frank Klein, Co-chair of the EFFAS Commission on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and Valeria Fauner, EFFAS Training and Certification Director, were honoured to be present at this pivotal moment for the financial industry.
