• The “Financial Change Promoter” certification is an online training program focused on change management and adoption within the financial and insurance sectors.

– Softtek , a global technology company, has entered into a collaboration agreement with the Spanish Institute of Analysts , a recognized institution in the financial sector known for the quality of its studies and training, and with the participation of most of the banking and insurance entities in Spain. The purpose of this collaboration is to train leaders of change in the financial sector. Under this agreement, the Spanish Institute of Analysts will be responsible for certifying participants in Softtek’s ‘Financial Change Promoter’ training program. The ‘Financial Change Promoter’ certification is an online training program in which the FEF School, an educational entity of the Spanish Institute of Analysts, will actively collaborate. It focuses on change management and adoption in the financial and insurance sector. This certification not only represents the acquisition of skills to manage change but also actively promotes and drives change within the organization. “This agreement with Softtek allows us to continue innovating in our training and professional certification offerings, a leitmotif of our activity. This program will begin after the selection process, scheduled for the end of this year, and will be repeated in 2024 based on in-company demand. The course has an approximate duration of two months and is aimed at teams leading transformation processes within their organizations, whether on a large scale or in business units. This includes change leaders, project managers, IT professionals, change management experts, continuous improvement specialists, human resources professionals, internal communication teams, and training professionals. “For Softtek, it is a pleasure to sign this agreement to train individuals who lead change initiatives in the banking and insurance sector.
