Security policy and global risk scenarios: Dr. Tomas Ries, Norwegian Defense University Monday, Oct. 24 at 12.00 – 1.30 pm on Anglais. Tomas Ries, docent in strategy and security policy at the Swedish Defense Academy, will come to SFF and give his view on which are the biggest global risk areas at the moment.
