EFFAS would like to welcome Micheline Arsenault as the newest member of the Executive Management Committee (EMC) and look forward to her contributions in the meetings. Mrs. Arsenault was co-opted at the meeting held on 14 September 2022. She is taking over as the representative for AIAF from Ms. Zunino. The EFFAS EMC would like to thank Ms. Zunino for all her contributions during her time as an EMC member and as a member of the EFFAS Advocacy Group. We wish her every success in the future.
Micheline Arsenault is the Training Director at the AIAF Financial School and a member of the EFFAS Commission on Training and Qualification (TQC). Prior to joining AIAF she was a Senior Consultant with Randstad Italy managing major recruitment projects for SMEs, contributing to client HR strategies to bring about turnaround through MBO policies focused on long-term company growth. She has also worked for a Management Consultant firm leading Change Management projects involving high-level Executive Coaching activities. Before this she was a Project Manager at CEGOS involved in recruiting and training projects for corporate clients across several industries. Ms. Arsenault attended Concordia University in Montreal, Canada where she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Marketing and Management.
