The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS) celebrated its Annual General Meeting (AGM) last Friday 17 June in the Porto Business School in Porto, Portugal.
On this occasion the AGM was hosted by our Member Society Associação Portuguesa de Analistas Financeiros (APAF) thanks the kind arrangements of Mr. Manuel Puerta (APAF Chair) and Vera Jacques (APAF Secretary General).
The day prior to the AGM Jesús López Zaballos (EFFAS Chair) and Manuel Puerta (EFFAS Treasurer) along with other EFFAS EMC Members held meetings with the Chairs and Deputy Chairs of each of the four EFFAS Commissions to discuss their future activities.
The night before the AGM was crowned with a guided tour through the Graham’s Port Lodge followed by a magnificent Gala Dinner at Vinum Restaurant and Wine Bar where 50 EFFAS and APAF Members gathered in a relaxed atmosphere with the beautiful view of Porto in the background.
We thank APAF for its generosity and the splendid arrangements, without a doubt, the perfect setting for the Federation to report its results to the 2022 AGM.
