EFRAG is seeking candidates for the 2025 rotation of the EFRAG SR Technical Expert Group (TEG) to help shape the future of sustainability reporting and contribute to the development of the ESRS.
EFRAG is looking for individuals with expertise in ESG reporting across a wide range of sectors. The call particularly welcomes candidates from diverse geographical backgrounds, genders, and professional sectors, including preparers, auditors, NGOs, and investors experienced with the implementation and use of ESRS.
The primary role of the SR TEG is to provide technical advice on the development and implementation of ESRS. Successful candidates should possess deep technical knowledge of ESG reporting standards, especially those under the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and have practical experience in standard-setting and application.
Members will serve a term of one or two years, starting 1 May 2025, with the possibility of reappointment for up to six years. The role requires engagement in monthly meetings and dedicating between 20% and 30% of their working time to EFRAG activities. Candidates must have European Economic Area nationality and be committed to acting in the public interest.
