EFRAG is seeking candidates from civil society and the impact investment sector with strong technical expertise in European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and sustainability reporting within the banking, capital markets, and insurance sectors. The selected candidates will join EFRAG’s Sustainability Reporting (SR) Financial Institutions (FI) Advisory Panels, which were launched on 28 February 2024.
These advisory panels play a critical role in developing sector-specific ESRS and providing technical input to EFRAG’s Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group (SR TEG). They will meet at least six times a year and may also contribute through surveys and interviews.
Profile of Candidates:
- Strong technical expertise in ESRS and sustainability reporting challenges.
- Knowledge of GRI or ISSB is a plus.
- Must be citizens of EEA countries.
The selection will prioritize candidates based on technical skills, ability to act in the European public interest, and absence of conflicts of interest.
