On 12th March 2021 400 candidates from 31 different countries sat the exam to become EFFAS Certified ESG Analysts. Of these candidates 87% took the exam online, which is not surprising considering the lasting effects of the pandemic, while the remainder chose to attend one of our venues which were able to offer the exam by strictly following the local Covid-19 regulations on hygiene and social distancing.
Most of the candidates came from the EFFAS member society countries and more men took the exam than women in this session. The number of candidates from Asia, especially Hong Kong has continued to grow and the interest for the next exam session on 11th June 2021 is strengthening this trend.
